What I Believe
I don't screw around in the gym! Well actually I do because I like to have fun! While I do take your training seriously, I'll also crack some jokes, dance around and I LOVE to throw medicine balls!
As a minimalist, I don't think training should be so complicated! With everything I’ve learned along the way so far, I can confidently say that the basics still work. No matter how fancy you get with your exercises or the tools you use in the gym, the three planes of movement never change nor have the ways in which the body is designed to function and perform.
I'm a big fan of keeping frequency and intensity (as it applies to you) on the higher side and workout duration on the shorter side. I don't want to spend hours in the gym and I suspect neither do you. So let's keep it simple, work your tail off and have fun!
